Opening hours

Front desk

Our front desk is open from 8 am – 9 pm. Reduced hours are possible in the low season. Reservations can also be made by e-mail (info@eigerlodge.ch), by phone (+41 33 854 31 31 reservation centre) or online (Eiger Lodge Easy / Eiger Lodge Chic). Check in: from 3 pm Check out: until 11 am

PS: Limited parking is available at the Eiger Lodge (CHF 5 / day, first comes, first serves – reservation not possible). Further parking is possible in the nearby Jungfrau Railways car park.

Enjoy relaxing moments in our new sauna area

One of the absolute highlights of our renovation is definitely our new sauna area!
With a large Finnish sauna and a relaxation room with a view of the Eiger, you can wind down after long days on the slopes. Whether you want to warm up after a day of sports, prevent sore muscles, or simply enjoy a little time to yourself, our sauna area offers the ideal retreat.

Here’s how it works:

Book a 2-hour slot with our reception. You can reach us at front@eigerlodge.ch, by phone at +41 854 38 38, or directly at the front desk. Twelve people can use the sauna per 2-hour slot. As a guest of the Eiger Lodge, you can enjoy relaxation at a special price of CHF 10.
After making your reservation, you will receive your bathrobe and access key for the sauna area. Refreshments and fruit are available.
We want to offer all guests a relaxing experience. Therefore, we ask that you leave the sauna on time.
