Where is Eiger Lodge Grindelwald located?
Eiger Lodge is located in Grindelwald, directly at the Grindelwald Terminal. The terminal houses the Eiger Express (to Eiger Glacier / Jungfraujoch) and the Männlichen cable car. This makes the lodge an ideal starting point for excursions, hikes, skiing, and mountain adventures in the Jungfrau region.
How do I get to Eiger Lodge by train?
From Interlaken Ost, take the regional train to Grindelwald. The Grindelwald Terminal stop is only a few minutes’ walk from Eiger Lodge.
How far is Eiger Lodge from the Eiger Express?
The lodge is located directly at the Grindelwald Terminal and therefore immediately next to the Eiger Express cable car.
How far is Eiger Lodge from the center of Grindelwald?
- By public bus: approx. 10 minutes (during the season, buses run regularly between the village center and the terminal).
- On foot: approx. 20 minutes to the village center.
Are there parking spaces at Eiger Lodge?
Yes, limited parking spaces are available for CHF 5 per day. Parking spaces cannot be reserved and are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Additional parking is available in the nearby Jungfraubahnen parking garage (Terminal).

Yes. All rooms in Eiger Lodge Chic have a private shower and toilet. In Eiger Lodge Easy, showers and toilets are located on the floor.

Yes. Eiger Lodge Chic has double and family rooms with a balcony. Some rooms offer mountain views. Top-floor rooms are recommended for guaranteed mountain views.
Can I book a single bed at Eiger Lodge?
Yes. In Eiger Lodge Easy, both single beds and entire rooms can be booked.

Yes. Breakfast is included with every booking and is served daily from 7 to 10 AM. The breakfast buffet includes regional dairy products, mountain cheese, bread, fruit salad, Birchermüesli, and coffee.
Is there a restaurant at Eiger Lodge?
Eiger Lodge has the Grill·Bar Rooftop Terrace. Food can be ordered daily from 4 to 9 PM. The menu includes bar food such as burgers, grilled dishes, salads, and Thai curries.
