Skiarea Jungfrau Region

Enjoy winter in front of the most beautiful scenery in the world...

Skiarea Jungfrau Region – 44 cable cars/railways and ski lifts, 210 km of slopes from 6 – 12 km in length

Grindelwald-First The mainly easy to medium-difficulty slopes are accessed from the centre of the village by the First cable car. For inexperienced winter sports enthusiasts and families, a separate “slow-running zone” of around 2 km is available. Snowboarders can enjoy the trendy Bärgelegg Terrain Park and the superpipe at the Schreckfeld station. Various manoeuvres such as kickers, rails, steep wall turns, waves and hollows await both experts and beginners in the parks. The superpipe at Schreckfeld station has been one of the biggest and best halfpipes in Switzerland for years with a radius of 5.5 m.

Kleine Scheidegg – Männlichen The largest snow sports area in the region has 19 modern transport facilities and 110 km of perfectly groomed pistes. The area is accessible from Grindelwald and Wengen. The Kleine Scheidegg-Männlichen area is not only for ski cracks, but also for pleasure skiers and beginners. Numerous cosy mountain restaurants and bars next to the pistes provide a real winter feeling. On Kleine Scheidegg, the world-famous Lauberhorn run is a must for all experienced skiers and snowboarders.

Mürren – Schilthorn The Mürren-Schilthorn snow sports area stretches up to the almost 3000-metre-high Schilthorn, where the well-known revolving restaurant Piz Gloria is located. Mürren-Schilthorn, at 1,650 – 3,000 metres above sea level, is the highest winter sports area in the Bernese Oberland and guarantees optimal snow conditions until spring. 53 km of pistes with 12 lifts and a breathtaking panorama make winter sports hearts beat faster. If you still haven’t had enough of the beautiful view, you can try the 12 km long black Inferno track, which covers more than 2000 metres in altitude on its way to Lauterbrunnen. Freeriders will be impressed by 30 to 45 degree deep-snow slopes and families will romp around on the sunny Allmendhubel.
